Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel and a background in Customer Management and Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector. In this role, you will manage customer data, address complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Data Management: Accurately manage and maintain customer data to ensure reliability and precision.
  • Complaint Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Use Advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret customer data, providing actionable insights.
  • Communication: Provide timely and effective responses to customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service operations.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices in customer management to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Track and report on customer service metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to customer interactions and complaint resolutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all customer management activities.
  • Feedback Review: Regularly review customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training Support: Assist in developing and implementing customer service training programs.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Enhance overall company success by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Customer Management Experience: Experience in Customer Management within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Complaint Management Expertise: Proven ability in Complaint Management with a focus on effective issue resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in customer data management.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive Approach: Demonstrated proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer service challenges.

Certifications Required

  • Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)
  • Advanced Excel Certification
