Job Title: Instructional Designer

Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environmental Conditions: Office or Remote

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing effective training solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, improve team performance, and ensure industry compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a variety of innovative learning materials.

A Day in the Life:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with business objectives.
Design and develop engaging training materials such as videos, micro-learning modules, scenario-based learning, simulations, eLearning modules, games, infographics, and more.
Ensure all training products meet industry standards and are aligned with best practices for retention and effectiveness.
Work independently to manage and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion.
Continuously research and implement new tools, technologies, and learning strategies to enhance user experiences.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or a related field.
4+ years of experience in designing and developing training materials and learning solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Expertise in learning and training technologies and delivery modalities.
Strong ability to research, learn new tools quickly, and implement innovative training solutions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and networking skills in a global environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
Close attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills to produce high-quality results within project timelines.
Proven ability to deliver learning solutions that meet the needs of a diverse, global user base.
Fluent in oral and written English.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Work can be performed remotely or in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours a day, with repetitive hand movements.
Occasional crouching, stooping, bending, and twisting.
Ability to access and use various in-house and off-the-shelf computer software.
Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.
Performs a wide range of tasks in a dynamic, changing environment with unpredictable demands.
