We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing wireframes, web page layouts, and responsive front-end designs that meet user needs and business goals. Freshers are also welcome, and internship opportunities are available.
Plan and conceptualize UI/UX elements based on relevant information and materials.
Illustrate design concepts through examples involving art arrangement, type size, and style.
Design wireframes and translate them into polished graphic layouts.
Create PSD-based graphic designs using Photoshop and convert them into pixel-perfect responsive web pages.
Implement front-end development using jQuery and other web technologies.
Design graphics, layouts, product illustrations, logos, and website visuals.
Review and refine design layouts based on feedback and required improvements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and deliver design requirements.
Adhere to deadlines while managing multiple design tasks simultaneously.
Adapt and innovate based on constructive criticism and design trends.
Proficiency in Photoshop for PSD-based designs.
Experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
Strong visual composition and design sense with a quality portfolio.
Knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Quark.
Capability to manage time effectively and deliver on tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of corporate branding, multimedia design, and marketing principles.
Familiarity with CAD tools is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to give and receive design feedback constructively.
Prior internship or freelance experience in design is a plus.
A 24-month bond is mandatory. No resignation will be accepted within this period.
Full-time office attendance is required. Work-from-home is not applicable unless mandated by government regulations.
An internship program is available (duration: 2–3 months) with a stipend for freshers.
