Role Overview
We are seeking a talented UI & UX Designer who is passionate about delivering high-impact visuals and user-centric experiences across digital platforms. The role demands a mix of creativity, technical skill, and the ability to understand client needs while designing innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both UI/UX design and user/product research, with strong communication and visualization skills.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients or account managers to understand business objectives and design requirements.
Estimate the time and effort required to complete design tasks and provide timelines or quotes.
Conceptualize and deliver new creative ideas with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
Design wireframes (low fidelity/high fidelity), UI mockups, and impactful visual assets.
Create engaging user experiences for websites, mobile apps, games, and digital communication platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, creative directors, and product managers.
Stay updated with industry tools, design trends, and emerging media technologies.
Ensure projects are delivered professionally and within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Figma and UX Design Methodology.
Strong skills in User Interface Design and Interactive Design.
Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD (optional), Adobe Illustrator (optional), Adobe InDesign (optional), Sketch (optional), Principle (optional).
Ability to produce low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes.
Creative flair and visual storytelling capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Knowledge of user & product research processes.
A solid design portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work (mandatory for consideration).
Professional time management and ability to meet deadlines.
