Roles & Responsibilities
Understand Specifications: Analyze product specifications and user psychology to inform design decisions.
Testing and Feedback: Conduct concept and usability testing, gathering feedback to refine designs.
Create Personas: Develop user personas through research and data analysis.
Interaction Modeling: Define and evaluate interaction models to ensure effective user experiences.
Wireframes and Prototypes: Develop wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs.
Solve UX Problems: Find creative solutions to UX issues such as usability and findability.
Collaboration: Work with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs.
Communication: Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends to inform design strategies.
Skills Required
Experience: Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar role.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and solutions.
Project Management: Background in project management and research.
Design Knowledge: Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as UXPin, Balsamiq.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mind.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Education: BSC in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
