About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer (UI/UX) to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet client needs. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling graphics across various platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design: Utilize Figma to design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Design Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outputs. Apply insights from design research and foundational principles to develop user experiences based on scenarios and user flows.
Business Alignment: Understand business goals to align designs with user needs and translate business requirements into optimal design solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into design solutions.
Design Maintenance: Maintain and update design libraries and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Video Production: Develop creative concepts for video projects, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and animatics. Design visual elements such as logos and infographics, and handle video editing tasks.
Project Management: Ensure timely completion of projects by managing multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality videos from concept to delivery.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Skills: Proficiency in Figma, XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Corel Draw. Strong knowledge of Web/Mobile App UI Design, animation principles, video storyboarding, and video editing.
Design Expertise: Excellent understanding of color, composition, and typography. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong grasp of global design trends.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Work Ethic: Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
