Position: Workforce Analytics & Workforce Planning Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Workforce Analytics & Workforce Planning Professionals with a robust background in workforce management and planning applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, SAP Time Management, Kronos, and the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Expertise: Utilize UKG Pro WFM, SAP Time Management, Kronos, and SuccessFactors Employee Central for workforce analytics and planning.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and create solution documentation.
Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective solution implementation.
Testing: Participate in estimation and planning for testing releases, and perform Sanity, Smoke, Regression, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
Test Management: Manage test activities using HP ALM or Azure DevOps and ensure adherence to testing governance standards and best practices.
Reporting: Generate daily/weekly status reports to track testing progress and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in workforce analytics and planning applications.
Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM, SAP Time Management, Kronos, and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong experience in testing and test management activities, including HP ALM and Azure DevOps.
Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
