What Would You Do?

  1. Help insurance clients redefine customer experience and drive sustainable growth.

  2. Contribute to the Intelligent Insurance Operations model, addressing industry challenges.

  3. Support services across:

      Plan development and enhancement
      Sales and marketing
      Onboarding and management of plan sponsors or institutional clients
      Enrollment and management of participants
      Reporting for sponsors and members

  4. Work with financial products such as:

      Roth IRAs
      College savings accounts
      Guaranteed investment contracts
      Fixed and variable annuities
      Corporate retirement funds

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Work as an Analyst in Client Services.

  2. Support retirement plan clients in daily operations.

  3. Assist clients during the onboarding process.

  4. Maintain regular communication with clients.

  5. Respond to client questions and ensure satisfaction.

  6. Identify and resolve client experience issues.

  7. Perform research and analyze data to answer client inquiries.

  8. Ensure all trades and accounts are reviewed and verified.

  9. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  10. Support onboarding by coordinating with Legal, Sales, and Relationship Management.

  11. Collaborate with Fund Managers to implement support strategies.
