Job Summary

Accenture is hiring a Quality Engineering Associate for its Network Operations - Retirement Planning Services unit based in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in client services, retirement solutions, or financial operations. You’ll support insurance clients by streamlining retirement operations, managing client onboarding, resolving queries, and improving service quality.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Support day-to-day client communication and service delivery.

  2. Respond to retirement plan client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

  3. Conduct research and follow up on ad-hoc client queries related to investment, operations, and regulations.

  4. Prepare and deliver periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) valuation and performance reports.

  5. Assist in the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with Legal, Sales, and Relationship teams.

  6. Identify gaps in service and collaborate with fund managers to enhance client experience.

  7. Ensure accurate validation of individual trades and accounts.

  8. Maintain documentation and support reporting for corporate retirement fund products.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Strong knowledge of Retirement Services, including IRAs, annuities, and retirement fund operations.

  2. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across operations and client servicing.

  3. Familiarity with client onboarding, financial documentation, and reporting.

  4. Attention to detail with analytical and documentation skills.

  5. Educational Qualification: Any Graduation (15 years of full-time education).

  6. Work Experience: 1 to 3 years in retirement planning, insurance, or financial client services.

  7. Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.


Preferred (Good to Have) Skills

  1. Experience with retirement/insurance software platforms.

  2. Understanding of investment products and market regulations.

  3. Exposure to Agile/Lean operations models in financial services.
