Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of civil engineering principles and eagerness to learn valuation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing detailed valuation reports for real estate properties.
Collect and analyze data including property details, market trends, and financial information.
Conduct site inspections and surveys if required to gather information for valuation.
Collaborate with senior valuers and team members to ensure accurate and timely report preparation.
Ensure compliance with valuation standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
