Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative video editor to join our team. As a video editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, editing raw footage into polished videos, and collaborating with various teams to bring creative visions to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Editing raw footage into professional-quality videos with special effects, transitions, titles, and animations.
- Synchronizing audio and video elements for a seamless final product.
- Collaborating with content creators, scriptwriters, and directors to ensure the video aligns with the creative vision.
- Designing visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and motion elements using tools like Canva.
- Incorporating infographics, text overlays, and other elements to enhance storytelling.
- Using video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and optimizing content for social media platforms (CapCut, InShot).
- Reviewing final videos to ensure they meet brand guidelines and technical requirements.
- Addressing feedback and implementing revisions promptly.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Organizing and backing up video assets and project files regularly.
- Staying updated with industry trends, new editing techniques, and emerging tools.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
- Experience with Canva for graphic design and visual content creation
- Knowledge of audio editing tools and techniques
- Strong storytelling, color grading, and visual composition skills
- Familiarity with video optimization for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
