Job Summary
Accenture is hiring for the position of Web Developer Associate in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Web Application Development, especially those proficient in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
As a part of the Marketing Operations team, you will contribute to building seamless, responsive, and brand-aligned web experiences. You’ll work across multiple digital touchpoints, supporting marketing efforts that power the growth of global businesses through data, content, and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Write clean, efficient code using HTML and CSS.
Solve technical issues raised by internal teams.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing client websites and digital assets.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery.
Follow design specifications and web standards for cross-browser compatibility.
Work independently within a focused scope of work.
Adhere to best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation
1–3 years of experience in web application development
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools or frameworks
Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and user experience
Good to Have Skills
Understanding of JavaScript or front-end frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to digital marketing or e-commerce systems
