Job Summary
Accenture is hiring a Web Developer Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and interactive web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Write clean, standards-compliant code using HTML and CSS.
Support your team by addressing routine technical questions and bugs.
Execute web development tasks under predefined scopes and guidelines.
Interact with your team and supervisor to report progress and receive feedback.
Deliver tasks within timelines while ensuring quality and performance.
Follow structured documentation and update project records.
May be required to work in rotational shifts based on project needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – essential for page development.
Strong knowledge of HTML (HyperText Markup Language).
Proficient in CSS for styling web content.
Detail-oriented with a focus on code structure and user experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools or frameworks quickly.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation (Minimum 15 years full-time education).
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar web development or digital marketing environment.
Preferred (Good to Have) Skills
Exposure to JavaScript or front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments.
