Roles & Responsibilities
Website Development: Develop new websites using CodeIgniter, Laravel, Shopify, and WordPress (preferred), including both off-the-shelf and custom templates, according to design specifications.
Custom Plugin Development: Create custom WordPress plugins to meet unique site requirements.
Responsive Design: Design and architect highly responsive websites from concept to delivery.
Code Libraries: Create and update reusable code libraries to streamline the development process.
Team Collaboration: Work with the team to quickly address user needs across various web properties.
Deadline Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Client Relations: Maintain and manage relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high attention to detail, active listening skills, and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
Market Research: Research and identify new market opportunities.
Client Requirements: Generate and gather requirements from new and existing clients.
Business Proposals: Support in writing new business proposals and building relationships with clients.
Skills Required
Web Development Languages: Knowledge of HTML5, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress, and MySQL.
WordPress Management: Extensive understanding of managing WordPress themes and the WordPress backend environment.
CSS Mastery: Proficient in CSS with familiarity with responsive design principles being a major plus.
Cross-Browser Compliance: Experience in addressing cross-browser compliance issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
