Job Opportunity: Experienced Web Developer
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to help bring our brand to life by creating and maintaining beautiful, high-performing, and accessible web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development: Build and maintain various web assets, including landing pages, documentation, sales forms, and knowledge-base tools.
- Storytelling Through Web: Collaborate with the product team to convey a coherent and compelling narrative through impactful web implementations.
- Content Publishing Workflows: Enhance and maintain self-serve content publishing workflows for creators across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with BizOps to ensure proper implementation of analytics and tracking tools, supporting data-driven decisions for the go-to-market team.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Next.js, Sanity, Vercel, HubSpot, and Tailwind CSS.
- Web Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of web technologies, standards, performance, and accessibility considerations.
- CDP Familiarity: Working knowledge of relevant Customer Data Platforms (e.g., RudderStack, Segment, Snowplow, Heap, mParticle, Optimizely).
- Design-Driven Development: Recognize the importance of implementation details in achieving design objectives.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Feedback and Independence: Ability to give and receive constructive feedback while working independently.
- Headless CMS and CSS Frameworks: Experience with Headless CMS and utility-class CSS frameworks.
- Experimentation Tools: Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and experimentation tools.
