Job Title: Website Developer & Maintenance Specialist (Hybrid Role)

Work Mode: In-person (with Work-from-Home flexibility)
Expected Hours: 36 – 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop websites using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Webflow.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, responsiveness, and user experience.
Implement features, plugins, and integrations as per project requirements.
Perform regular website maintenance including monitoring performance, backups, and security patches.
Troubleshoot technical bugs and ensure 100% uptime.
Handle product data entry and order tracking using Excel and Google Sheets.
Structure and clean datasets for uploads and marketing purposes.
Develop and run web scraping scripts using tools like Octoparse or Python.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Make (Integromat), and Zapier for workflow automation.
Apply basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customization and integrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Proven hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
Strong eye for design, UI/UX, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel formulas, and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with scraping tools and ethical data practices.
Understanding of AI-based tools for content and automation.
Basic experience in coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Python or Liquid is a plus).
Ability to work independently and solve technical problems proactively.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience developing custom Shopify apps.
Understanding of APIs and third-party app integrations.
Exposure to e-commerce and digital marketing projects.
