Job Summary:
The company is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer.
Responsibilities include end-to-end web application development, including client websites, internal tools, and backend systems.
The role requires strong front-end and back-end skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, high-performance web applications using various front-end and back-end technologies.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, designers, and developers to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and implement robust APIs and integrate third-party services.
Manage databases ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
Write clean, well-documented, efficient code following best practices and standards.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications.
Manage deployment and hosting environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse web projects.
Front-End Expertise:
3. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
4. Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
5. Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp).
6. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Back-End Expertise:
7. Solid experience in at least one server-side language such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
8. Experience with back-end frameworks like Express.js, Django, Laravel, or Spring Boot.
9. Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
10. Experience with RESTful API design and development.
General Development Skills:
11. Experience with version control systems like Git.
12. Understanding of agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
13. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
14. Knowledge of SEO best practices in web development is a plus.
15. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
