Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and configure integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS, EIB, Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.
Handle complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems, especially using PECI.
Apply data conversion strategies and manage impacts on business processes, such as using Workday iLoads.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
Create technical design specifications, conduct unit and system integration testing, and support deployment.
Manage Workday integration analysis, system configuration, and deployment to production.
Monitor and maintain integration interfaces between Workday and external/internal vendors.
Participate in projects involving multiple systems and resolve cross-system functional or technical issues.
Understand customer requirements and determine appropriate system integration approaches.
Work independently or in virtual, geographically dispersed teams effectively.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Good to Have
Experience with US Benefits State Reporting (End-to-End).
Experience in HCM, Payroll, or Financials deployment using platforms like Workday.
Ability to write and maintain functional HR/Payroll design documentation.
Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
