Our Digital Workspace Services team serves over 300,000 users worldwide, delivering end-user services for Identity & Access Management, Collaboration (M365), and Platform services (Windows 11, Win 365). This global team, spanning regions like Germany, the Czech Republic, Malaysia, Costa Rica, and India, is committed to technological excellence and innovation.

Role Overview:

As a System Support Analyst in our Compliance & Performance Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business partners and internal teams. This position involves coordinating global software and policy changes for 300,000 users, assisting in change projects, and supporting Incident and Problem Management processes. Your focus will be on defining data analyst requirements with business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and promoting internal standards across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate software and policy changes across 300K users globally.
  • Support and manage change projects to enhance services.
  • Contribute to Incident and Problem Management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data analyst requirements.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional, cross-regional teams, and external service providers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions while promoting standardization across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are a huge plus.
  • Expertise in Reporting, Data Analysis, or Project Management.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies, especially Microsoft M365 and other end-user technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks under time and workload pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with experience in a multinational, cross-regional environment.
