Job Overview:
The role is focused on supporting business change activities by driving the Data Analytics simplification agenda. KPMG works closely with Shell to align and simplify internal audits, contributing to ongoing changes across business functions, which ultimately support the business’s growth objectives. The position is delivery-oriented and will lead audit-driven business changes in a project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytics activities, utilizing Python, SQL, and other data handling tools.
- Work with advanced Excel and Tabular data structures.
- Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools for effective data handling and reporting.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in data handling, with a focus on client-based projects.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx for data analysis.
- A solid understanding of data analytics approaches and techniques.
Soft Skills & Experience:
- High impact delivery in data handling tasks.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions.
- Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and manage challenges in different work environments.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and adaptable to different work situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BTech, BCA, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics.
- Certifications in Data Science are a plus.
Selection Process:
- 2 rounds of technical interviews followed by an interview with the business head.
