Associate - Projects (Data Analyst – FPT & Return Experience)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support analytics and insights related to improving the return process and reducing fraud. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to track return metrics, detect fraud, pinpoint inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain analytical models to track monthly/annual return metrics and compare them against AOP performance.
- Analyze data to find inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create visual dashboards and reports for stakeholders to easily consume.
- Monitor return speed and identify areas for improvement in reverse logistics.
- Assist in identifying fraud patterns and inefficiencies within the return supply chain.
- Provide actionable insights to reduce returns and customer exchanges.
- Track key OKRs impacting seller experience and offer insights to stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor and provide insights on return metrics such as fraud rates, return speed, return rates, and customer feedback.
- Support the automation of reports and dashboards to streamline data reporting.
- Help stakeholders improve return operations and fraud prevention processes through data insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
