Job Description:
The Biometric Executive will play a key role in the integration and management of biometric systems, supporting the design, development, and optimization of biometric authentication solutions. This role includes collaborating with technical teams, managing projects, ensuring security compliance, and liaising with clients to provide biometric solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Biometric Solution Design and Development:
- Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to develop biometric systems.
- Integrate biometric systems with existing IT infrastructure and ensure security standards.
Project Management:
- Lead biometric-related projects from planning to deployment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on biometric technology advancements, such as AI-driven recognition and multi-modal biometrics.
- Evaluate and integrate new biometric tools to improve offerings.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure biometric systems comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Implement security measures, including encryption, to protect biometric data.
Client Interaction:
- Understand client needs and provide consultancy for biometric security and access control.
- Ensure client onboarding and provide training and support for biometric systems.
System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Oversee system maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance monitoring.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of biometric technologies, machine learning, AI, and data security.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends in cybersecurity, compliance, and experience with biometric systems in various sectors (e.g., government, healthcare, finance).
