Job Overview:
As a Biometric Executive at Sensys Technologies Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in developing, integrating, and managing biometric authentication solutions. This involves working with fingerprints, facial recognition, voice patterns, and iris scans to enhance security, access control, and identity verification systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Biometric Solution Development:
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop biometric authentication systems.
- Integrate biometric systems with existing IT infrastructure.
- Ensure biometric solutions are secure, efficient, and optimized for client needs.
2. Project Management:
- Lead biometric-related projects from planning to deployment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with security experts, software developers, and data analysts.
3. Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest biometric technologies (e.g., AI-driven recognition, multi-modal biometrics).
- Evaluate new biometric tools and platforms to enhance company offerings.
4. Security & Compliance:
- Ensure biometric systems comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Implement encryption and security measures to protect biometric data.
- Align biometric data handling with industry standards and ethical considerations.
5. Client Interaction:
- Understand client requirements for biometric security and access control.
- Provide consultancy on biometric system integration.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and support for clients.
6. System Maintenance & Optimization:
- Monitor and maintain deployed biometric systems.
- Handle troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of biometric technologies, machine learning, AI, and data security.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity trends, compliance, and biometric system implementation.
