Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and skilled at working with cross-functional teams. As a liaison between business users and technologists, you will facilitate communication and ensure that business needs are translated into actionable technical requirements in a clear and logical manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Understand business processes and define technical solutions to improve them.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring that information is conveyed concisely and understandably.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of technical solutions in line with business needs.

Decision Making & Problem Solving:
- Use analytical decision-making skills to identify solutions for business challenges.
- Apply business acumen to prioritize and address key business issues.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Create clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Track and report on the progress of business solutions and requirements.
