Job Summary:
The Credit Analyst will support Australian mortgage brokers by handling document preparation, loan application packaging, and submission to various lenders. The role requires data entry into client-specific CRMs and processing applications up to the lender lodgment system via Apply Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter loan inquiries into the company software.
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process for all finance requirements.
- Complete loan applications and client fact-finding.
- Perform credit assessments and loan servicing for client applications.
- Review client financial information as applicable.
- Ensure files are compliant and ready for processing.
- Upload and lodge applications with lenders.
- Order property valuations.
- Coordinate with banks, solicitors, accountants, and real estate agents for smooth loan processing and settlements.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the loan process.
- Follow up with clients, lenders, and professionals for any outstanding requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing or dormant customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
- Strong phone manners with the ability to connect with different caller types.
- Attention to detail and focus on task execution.
- Prior data entry experience with multiple systems is favorable.
- Educational background or experience in Accounting, Banking, or Finance is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Must be able to commit to working some Saturdays (up to 12 per year).
- Must be available for a 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM shift (Monday to Friday).
- Must be able to commute daily to Borivali East.
