Job Title: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
Reporting and Dashboard Development:
Build templates and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI for operational and management reporting.
Data Analysis:
Develop statistical and analytical models and methods for data analysis related to customer initiatives and growth hacks.
Diagnose issues, dissect problems, and track results.
Run and maintain the reporting system.
Extract data as per business requests for ad hoc analysis.
Assist the team in data analysis and mining.
Conduct business analysis to highlight key lead indicators.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong database concepts and experience in SQL; capable of converting any business requirement into a SQL statement.
Expertise in Excel and PowerBI.
Working experience in R, Python, Tableau, Qlikview, and Datastudio is a plus.
Experience:
Experience working in a customer growth or customer analytics role is advantageous.
Personal Attributes:
Quick learner with the ability to work in a dynamic work environment.
Team player who is comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline from a reputed institute, OR
MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in working on reporting or business intelligence systems.
