As a Developer at Barclays, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering scalable front-end solutions. You will contribute to building seamless and engaging digital interfaces across business-critical systems while ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular 9+ with Material and PrimeNG.
Implement front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
Integrate and style components with frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and AF Grid.
Ensure secure coding practices and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and technical implementation.
Write unit tests using Jasmine and Karma to ensure application stability.
Work with tools such as SonarQube to maintain and improve code health.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to support continuous innovation.
Angular 9+ (including Angular Material, PrimeNG)
HTML5, CSS, TypeScript
Tailwind CSS, AF Grid
Jasmine & Karma for unit testing
SonarQube for code quality
Git for version control and Jira for project tracking
Prior experience in financial services or enterprise-scale application development
Strong UI/UX fundamentals
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments
