Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end release, deployment, and change management processes as per ITIL standards.
Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines, release cycles, and environment configurations.
Maintain and troubleshoot Linux/Unix/Windows systems for high availability and performance.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, Chef, and other IAC tools.
Monitor, analyze, and enhance system performance, scalability, and resilience.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Manage incident responses, root cause analysis, and service restoration across production environments.
Ensure secure configuration, compliance, and governance of cloud-native infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, development, and cybersecurity.
Stay updated on industry trends and drive adoption of best practices in cloud and DevOps.
Technical Requirements:
Solid experience in DevOps, Application Support, or Technical Support roles.
Proficient in AWS services and hands-on with Terraform, Chef, or similar configuration tools.
Deep understanding of Unix/Linux/Windows environments and shell scripting.
Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
Experience in setting up monitoring tools and log aggregation systems.
Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD automation.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps culture and rapid delivery environments.
Experience with VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, and related AWS services.
Experience in security hardening and vulnerability management.
Good understanding of data processing pipelines and system integration.
Knowledge of release engineering and automated testing frameworks.
