Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript/JSP to contribute to the development lifecycle, design, development, defect fixing, and production support. The candidate should be comfortable working as a full-stack developer with responsibilities spanning both front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities:

Development Lifecycle Contribution:
- Work across all stages of the development lifecycle, focusing on both front-end (HTML, CSS, JSP, Bootstrap) and back-end (Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot).
- Implement and design reusable components and modules according to business requirements.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles for optimal development solutions.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
- Understand and analyze User Requirements to design technical solutions.
- Identify both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create reusable components and modules to fulfill business needs.

Coordination with Testing & Bug Fixing:
- Collaborate with the testing team to fix bugs efficiently.
- Analyze bugs, identify root causes, and implement solutions for quick resolution.

Technical Documentation:
- Document changes to the system, including code modifications, database changes, and reusable components.
- Prepare delivery notes to track and communicate updates and changes.

UAT & Production Support:
- Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing), addressing issues and providing quick resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes for production issues, providing permanent solutions.
- Ensure the timely resolution of production-related problems to maintain system stability.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, JavaScript, JSP, and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JSP.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience in creating reusable components based on business requirements.
