Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Executive – Liner Support to join our Support team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of handling customer requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions within set time limits.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle Customer Requests and Complaints:
- Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time frame.

Issue Resolution:
- Provide L1 (Issue resolution with basic knowledge and skills) support to resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up to ensure all issues are resolved effectively.

Follow Communication Procedures:
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure standardization and consistency in customer interactions.

Computer Skills:
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools efficiently for communication, documentation, and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with email processes for communication and follow-up with clients.

Knowledge of ODeX (Advantageous):
- Experience with ODeX or similar platforms would be a significant advantage in this role.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of performance under pressure.
