Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Executive to provide excellent customer service and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions with basic knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Requests & Complaints:
- Handle customer requests and complaints effectively.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time frame.

Issue Resolution:
- Provide L1 (basic knowledge and skill) support to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure all issues are addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Follow-Up:
- Follow up to ensure that all customer issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding issue status.

Communication & Documentation:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Hindi.

Microsoft Office Knowledge:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer issues efficiently.
