Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Process Executive for CDM/PV with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and pharmacovigilance (PV) case processing. This role involves managing and processing pharmacovigilance cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to research and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Manage and process pharmacovigilance cases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Entry: Oversee the accurate and timely entry of data into the PV database.
  • Safety Reports: Assist in the preparation of safety reports and regulatory submissions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of case information.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report on PV data.
  • Compliance: Adhere to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on case processing activities to maintain high standards.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Research Contribution: Contribute to research and development initiatives by providing PV insights.
  • Complex Case Handling: Support the team in managing complex cases and resolving issues.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in PV processes.

Qualifications

  • PV Case Processing: Strong understanding of PV case processing and regulatory requirements.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • R&D Experience: Experience in research and development is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and case processing.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment: Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
  • Training: Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in PV case processing.
  • Education: Relevant degree in life sciences or a related field.

Certifications Required

  • Certified Pharmacovigilance Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification in pharmacovigilance.
