Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in Django and Flask frameworks. In this role, you will be a crucial member of our development team, responsible for developing and maintaining core web applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. You will work closely with product managers and designers to implement new features and optimize existing ones.

Responsibilities:

Develop web-based applications using Python, Django, and JavaScript.
Design, document, and implement core components of our management application, providing leadership in development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, other development teams, QA, and documentation.
Utilize Agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Engage in technical discussions, contributing innovative solutions to the product.
Work with geographically dispersed engineering teams.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and small groups.

Required Key Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development.
Proficiency in Django and/or Flask frameworks.
Expertise in JavaScript programming and object-oriented concepts.
Proven experience in developing web-based GUI applications for enterprise and commercial markets.
Extensive knowledge of HTML/DHTML/CSS for Web 2.0 development.
Experience in integrating high-fidelity mockups from visual designers into live web applications using HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
Familiarity with MVC rapid development frameworks like Django.
Strong debugging skills and experience writing JavaScript classes.
Client-facing experience is a plus.
