As a Salesforce Developer at Barclays, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. You’ll work across various Salesforce clouds, drive innovation using Lightning components, integrate third-party systems, and collaborate closely with business and tech teams to ensure top-notch user experiences.
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, including features like OMNI Channel and Live Agent chat.
Build Lightning Aura and LWC components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Apex triggers; ensure robust and optimized Salesforce implementations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and handle data migration using tools like Data Loader.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
Follow Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins) to ensure frequent and high-quality deliveries.
Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
4–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Cloud customization.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology, deployment strategies, GIT-based version control, and change management processes within enterprise environments.
