Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC.
Implement complex workflows, screen flows, custom UI components, and business process automation.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define scalable, secure solutions.
Maintain code quality through peer reviews, testing practices, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Lead CI/CD automation using DevOps tools and contribute to continuous integration strategies.
Provide technical mentorship and support to junior team members.
Participate in root cause analysis and proactive solution improvement.
Technical Requirements:
Essential Skills:
Deep expertise in Salesforce custom development: Apex Classes, Triggers, Workflows, VF Pages
Proficient in Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Screen Flows
Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration – REST API, SOAP, Web Services
Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management
Strong understanding of secure coding, Salesforce design principles, and performance tuning
Preferred Skills:
Experience building custom UIs for Salesforce
Exposure to Salesforce Shield, Security Review process
Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex technical problems
Knowledge of Salesforce DX and package-based deployment
