Develop and deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern tools and practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical solutions with business needs.
Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and implement robust unit testing.
Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices.
Stay up to date with technology trends and contribute to internal communities of technical excellence.
Optimize application performance while maintaining code readability and quality.
Follow Agile and Sprint-based development methodologies in a controlled environment.
Uphold Barclays’ core values and mindset in daily work, ensuring integrity, quality, and innovation.
2–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle programming, UNIX shell scripting, and DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
Exposure to client onboarding and FinCrime concepts, with experience using FinCrime tools like OWS.
Proficient in Oracle database programming and UNIX shell scripting.
Experience working with DevOps tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
Understanding of client onboarding and financial crime risk concepts.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and Sprint-based delivery models.
Familiarity with Python (PyCharm) and tools for data and automation (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
