Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust mobile applications using React Native, Android, and iOS frameworks.
Contribute to frontend and backend development initiatives to support digital banking capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Deliver high-quality, testable code and participate in peer reviews to maintain engineering standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery goals.
Support risk mitigation strategies by adhering to secure coding standards and governance protocols.
Continuously explore new technologies and share best practices to elevate team capabilities.
Provide guidance to junior developers and support team-wide knowledge sharing initiatives.
Technical Requirements:
Essential Skills:
Hands-on experience in React Native, React, Android, and iOS development
Proficiency in Java and familiarity with mobile architecture patterns
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms and backend integration techniques
Exposure to RESTful APIs, testing frameworks, and DevOps toolchains
Solid communication skills and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
