Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Web API. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance .NET applications, as well as mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of top-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework and ASP.NET technologies.
- Transform business requirements into functional applications and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Upgrade and maintain existing applications, troubleshoot, and fix issues.
- Collaborate with peers to create optimal solutions using the Microsoft tech stack.
- Refactor and rewrite existing code to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure code quality by following best practices and ensuring error-free code.
- Implement incremental updates, new features, and application optimizations.
- Provide technical support for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Manage database integration and design to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure system efficiency.
- Design application architecture, specifications, and user interfaces.
- Leverage the .NET platform to innovate and develop high-quality software solutions.
- Adhere to best practices for security, quality, and development methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, offering support and technical leadership across multiple projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong working experience as an ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core developer.
- Extensive knowledge of C# and VB.NET programming languages.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and methods.
- Experience with WebAPI, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of design patterns, .NET patterns, and Microsoft development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with database design, architecture, and integration.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable software.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in .NET development (Required).
