This role focuses on building and supporting RPA solutions using UI Path to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-quality automation across business functions. You will work alongside analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to create impactful automation solutions that align with strategic goals.
Develop, maintain, and support RPA automation using UI Path.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective automation workflows.
Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) using UI Path and present them to business stakeholders.
Ensure secure coding practices, unit testing, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation with business systems.
Participate in full software development lifecycle—design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Promote code quality through reviews and continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with RPA and industry technology trends.
Follow Barclays’ LEAD behavior model for leadership or contribute as a technical SME if in an individual contributor role.
2–5 years of hands-on development and support experience in UI Path RPA.
Proven experience with Microsoft technologies (C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, Web Services) and automation lifecycle.
Proficient in UI Path with ability to create complex automation workflows.
Strong background in Microsoft technologies: C#, VB.NET, SQL Server.
Familiarity with Blue Prism, jBPM, or other automation tools (preferred).
Understanding of secure coding practices and structured SDLC methods.
Exposure to AI / ML-based automation is a plus.
