Job Description
Valuebound is seeking passionate and fast-learning AI/ML Software Developers. This role suits freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to work on innovative AI/ML projects and contribute to intelligent applications within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python and frameworks like PyTorch. Support AI model training, evaluation, and deployment. Learn and implement Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into product features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code. Participate in developing AI-powered applications and services. Collaborate on backend component development and API integration.
Contribute to web and application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Assist in building full-stack features under senior developer guidance.
Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration. Assist in establishing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Collaborate closely with mentors and cross-functional teams. Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Python programming.
Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts; familiarity with PyTorch is advantageous.
Awareness of Generative AI and LLMs with eagerness to learn more.
Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Interest in CI/CD tools and processes like GitHub Actions.
Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to Docker or containerization tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or AI/ML competitions.

Annual salary range between ₹3,00,000 and ₹6,00,000.
