Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic fresher candidates for the position of MERN Stack Developer. The role involves working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to develop scalable web applications. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in programming, OOP concepts, database management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js.
Develop server-side logic and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Manage data operations with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in software development.
Collaborate with team members in Agile/Scrum-based environments.
Follow SDLC practices and maintain detailed documentation.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software to ensure reliability and performance.
Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Work on real-time projects or internal tools during the training period.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and OOP principles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
Hands-on knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Good command of databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Solid problem-solving, logic, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
Additional advantage: Knowledge of Django, Python, Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, or C++.
