Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated fresher candidates for the role of Python/Django Developer. The position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in backend web development using Python and Django. The candidate will assist in developing, debugging, and maintaining applications while learning industry practices and collaborating within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django framework.
Write clean, reusable, and testable code following PEP8 standards.
Understand and apply core programming principles such as OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Work with database technologies such as MySQL or SQL Server.
Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX teams for seamless integration.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint activities.
Prepare documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Debug and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and frameworks.
Engage in training and real-world projects during the learning phase.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid understanding of Python fundamentals and Django framework.
Good command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and MySQL.
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architectural patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to understand and apply Agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience working on projects during training/internship will be a plus.
Additional advantage: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, C++, or other backend frameworks.
