Your Skills & Experience
Must be a recent graduate or postgraduate with 1-4 years or more of field experience.
Good knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP and REST based Webservices.
Exposure to containerization, microservices, and cloud native technologies.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Angular, React, Knockout.
Knowledge of JUnit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, Maven, Gradle, Unix shell scripting.
Exposure to application servers – WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss.
Exposure to middleware concepts – JMS, MQ, OSB.
Exposure to security concepts – PKI, SSO, SAML.
Good knowledge of configuration, design, and development.
Sound knowledge of SDLC – Waterfall and Agile Models.
Experience in design/code reviews.
Experience in product implementation and support.
Usage of tools for screen mock-up and UI prototyping.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in FLEXCUBE or other core-banking systems like TEMENOS, FINASTRA, TCS Bancs, FIS, INTELLECT Design is a significant value add.
Degree educated in a field relevant to Oracle’s business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
Domain appreciation, business acumen, and analytical skills.
Ability to engage with customers at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaborate well with teams.
Strong interest and aptitude for new IT trends including AI/ML/NLP/RPA.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in BFSI domain, specifically banking, is important.
Strong Oracle tech skills – PL/SQL, SQL, Java.
Experience with end-to-end implementation from inception to go-live.
Strong problem-solving skills and participation in critical project phases support.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the foundation for business growth.
Act as ambassadors at customer sites to create trust and deliver high-quality projects, services, and advice.
Support Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and business/technology teams in delivering client-focused Oracle solutions.
Work on specific project tasks initially to achieve successful outcomes and build client confidence.
Grow through training and experience into team lead, project manager, or subject matter expert roles with full accountability.
Develop skills in Oracle product functionality, design, and architecture.
Customize and extend Oracle products in UI/UX, business functionality, interfaces, integration, reports, and visualizations.
Assist in testing and deployment of products and customizations.
Prepare documentation such as program specifications, unit test plans, test cases, technical documentation, release notes, and status reports.
