Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 8 or higher.
Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to build scalable software solutions.
Participate in daily Agile and/or Waterfall ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of assigned modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations and ensure process adherence.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural guidelines, and secure development practices.
Contribute to capability development by mentoring and guiding production specialists.
Participate in technical reviews, triages, and internal assessments.
Meet SLAs and quality metrics as per organizational goals.
Ensure continuous improvement in code quality and team productivity.
Strong programming skills in Java 8 or above
Sound understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Solid exposure to production support and incident resolution
Knowledge of backend frameworks and enterprise-grade Java development
Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
5 – 8 years in Java backend application development and delivery
