To ensure high availability and reliability of deployed solutions within a Kubernetes infrastructure
To collaborate across teams and lead initiatives to resolve latency, availability, and serving issues
Deploy AI/ML models to development and production environments with performance assurance
Evaluate, size, and optimize models to reduce latency and improve resource utilization
Develop custom deployment frameworks for models unsupported by standard tools
Debug and monitor 4xx/5xx errors using Splunk and analyze system logs
Use Grafana to track GPU utilization, serving metrics, and request handling performance
Provide direct support to customers to address deployment and latency issues
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment lifecycle
Deploy models effectively in Kubernetes clusters
Create and manage Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) for optimized storage usage
Operate within a microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration
Build automation tools and new frameworks to streamline deployments
Conduct thorough performance testing to meet system throughput and latency benchmarks
Lead a technical team while also independently managing mission-critical tasks
Achieve 100% error-free implementation during onboarding, deployment, and pipeline execution
Ensure adherence to release schedules and throughput targets as per CI/CD plans
Maintain high-quality deliverables and meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks
Timely completion of certifications for continuous skill enhancement
Submit 100% accurate and timely MIS and reporting documentation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Master’s Degree preferred for advanced AI/ML project involvement
