Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. Software Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, and React JS. This hybrid role allows flexible work while contributing to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable software systems that make an impact.
Responsibilities
Develop software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, and Java
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve bugs
Maintain code quality, structure, and automation standards
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices
Mentor and guide junior developers in coding and architecture
Continuously improve development and deployment processes
Keep up to date with new technologies and industry standards
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Implement robust security and data protection solutions
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Document all code changes, processes, and technical workflows
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, and Java
Proficiency in solving complex software problems efficiently
Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle
Sound knowledge of database design, normalization, and management
Experience using Git or other version control systems
Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Experience with Docker or other containerization tools is beneficial
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Willingness to adopt new tools and technologies as needed
