Provide technical leadership for complex software development projects, driving architecture and solution design.
Guide and mentor development teams to improve technical capabilities and ensure efficient project delivery.
Conduct detailed code reviews and define coding standards, best practices, performance tuning, and quality assurance procedures.
Ensure adherence to project processes and engage in technical feasibility studies, risk assessments, and solution breakdown.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and deliverables; manage escalations and status reporting.
Strong proficiency in Java development with deep understanding of OOP and design principles.
Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and scalable services.
Solid grasp of telecom protocols, networking principles, and large-scale system design.
In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of HTTP, distributed systems, and backend service architecture.
Hands-on experience in the telecom domain or customer-facing telecom platforms.
Exposure to microservices architecture and container orchestration platforms.
Proficiency in using version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Related Technical Field
7–12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in technical leadership or senior Java backend development roles.
